I'm 5.7" and I weigh almost 140. Which is a normal weight for my BMI, but i'm still a bit big, I would like to weigh 115, which is the lowest normal weight for my BMI. Anyways, everytime I plan to get in shape, i'll start off good, drinking water and exercising, but that lasts maybe like 2 days, and then i'll skip a day, get off track, and i won't continue. I like can't stick with it. School starts in two weeks, and i'm a cheerleader, i'd like to get a medium in my uniform size, and not be the only one wearing a large. How can i lose atleast 10-15 pounds before school starts, a healthy way? And once I start how can I stick to it?

oh my gosh i am right there with you but once u stay on track 4 a week it gets normal to your body:"> and if you have someone to motivate you or to help you to stick to it helps bunches.exersise at the least 3 times a week drink PLENTY of water and eat healthy food's is all i can help but i really hope you achive your goal:thumbup:
