Well then darling, you need to get off that diet asap! Diets are not supposed to do that, they are to help you stay healthy and mantain a healthy weight. You need to eat more, and drink more too. Just watch what you eat. Stay away from junk foods and high calorie foods, but if you start looking pale and start passing out then you need to drop the diet and pig out for a while! Your body is telling you you are not healthy and you need more liquids and food. Don't skip meals, eat slowly (it fills you up faster), and drink drink drink water! and excersise regularly, dont starve yourself or your going to end up dizzy again!

obviously your diet is wrong! you should get off your diet now and next time you need to ask your doctor or nutritionist before you go on another diet. Your lack of knowlegdge is causing you to be unwell.

make sure you're eating a well rounded meal!

you need protin, veggies, fruits, calories, starches, fats

try to stick to boiled and baked foods/meats

lots of dark green leafies are good

eat lots of colors in fruits and veggies

don't forget the bread and pasta

anything in too much mass is bad but eating well rounded meals is nothing but good

anything that makes you pale and dizzy is soooo wrong. you can't deny yourself of anything. cutting out essential nutrients is never healthy. you need fruits, vegetables, protein, and carbs (yes, even carbs). go for whole grains, and beans, variety in fruits and vegetables. the more color you see on your plate, the better. you need to make sure that you aren't skipping meals, that's the worst. and it doesn't seem like you need to be on a diet, the way you eat should be a way you can eat for a lifetime of healthiness.

hopefully you get back on track, get healthy, and good luck.

:O thats not good

that might mean your dieting too much

remember BALANCED MEAL not starvation

get sleep as well ,you need food n sleep to give you the energy to move on in your day ,sure you might not need alot grease or sugar which can lower your energy level but you need like veggies ,fruits ,grains.dairy n a bit of meat in a week

If you are eating too little ,that could be it or you could have low blood pressure or be aneamic,so need to eat more iron rich foods and mabye take an iron supplement as well, you doctor should be able to find out with a simple blood test and all is easily sorted out.
