first let's get a pic of your eyes.

second you're pretty light all around so i wouldnt' do the really thick liner all around your eyes

i like doing my top lid and mixing up colors

also i just color my lid and not the browbone. but i have large eyes.

lets see your eyes!

yeah really the only way to know for sure is to get a pic of your eyes i personaly have pale skin and i think silver or light brown looks awesome try it do the top lid and the bottom on the bottom go bold on the corner farthest from your nose getting lighter towards your nose =)

depends on your eye shape,i dunt noe how they look:P

from your pic they look wide so thats good

if your eyes are small apply liner on top so it opens them up more and white liner on bottom

if they are big apply on bottom not on top unless you want them bigger

to create eyes to look more eider try the cat eye liner which is just applying liner on top with curving it upwards in the ends

for a natural look with your blue eyes you can get away with a light brown to medium brown liner. it will define your eye without making a super bold statement. the second on the left column looks to be one that you can try for the natural look.
