•Hair Grooming - Take time to properly groom your hair and massage your scalp. Gently comb the hair without damaging them. Do not get into the habit of using excess hair care products as it can trigger loss of hair.

•Healthy Foods - Consuming healthy foods that are enriched with vitamins and minerals are crucial to grow back hair. You can include fresh fruits and vegetables in the daily diet plan to promote hair growth.

•Dietary Supplements - Those with vitamin or mineral deficiency can rely on nutritional and dietary supplements for overcoming the problem. Doing so will effectively help in growing hair back normally. Read more on vitamin E for hair growth.

•Hair Products - While choosing hair care products, make sure you opt for those that contain less chemicals. Instead select herbal hair products containing essential oils like olive oil, safflower oil and coconut oil. Read more on safflower oil for hair growth.

do not shampoo too often, do not use any chemical processes and eat a well balanced diet. you may also want to consider taking a multivitamin and/or flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil (epo also helps to make skin more clear)

people have also seen success while following a regimen that includes washing their hair with indian powders and oils.…

shaving it will not make it grow any faster, make it grow back in a different color or texture either.

you may want to try boundless tresses as well.

some also use monistat or neosporin af on their scalp. i would never do that yourself, but if you want hair growth that bad...

try browsing around on lhcf ; they`re always trying new techinques to accelerate hair growth.

good luck. but have patience and remember thar hair usually only grows about 1/2" a month. with the proper techinques, diet, and care you could probably get as much as 1"

p.s. : you can take vitamins , they help to grow hair and nails faster than usual:)
