eat a good breakfast like oatmeal with raisens and nutts! It usually keeps you full Also always drink a big class of water before your meals it fills you up and do a 3o min workout!

A diet that is high in protein, fiber and carbs from veggies is really the way to go. It balances everything out. A high intake of water will help with any bloating that may occur from the fiber increase. Toning exercise are great for targeting specific areas, but a cardio workout will help over all. Shape magazine usually has good excersises that are available online. If you have access to free weights, check out some of the exercises that Muscle and Fitness Hers has.
