So I'm over whieght and really tall and I'm addicted to sports. I wheigh alot, like a lot! and i'm 5'8. I've been cutting what I eat and Excersising a lot. The Past 3 days I've lost 6 pounds. I sevarly sprained my ankle so I can't run until next week but i'm doing whieghts and sit ups. I'm doing all of this to get in shape for volleyball. I'm kinda worried cuz I'm not eating much and working out a bunch. Today I've selpt 15 hours and my mom said I looked sick so i didn't go to school. Should I stop doing this or keep going? (P.S. i still kinda wanna do this! Any tips??) Please help me, Thank you :) ~Love Molly D

First things first, make sure you have control, you may think you do but this type of weight loss can lead to anorexia and other eating disorders. Don't push your body to hard take it slow! Trying to burn more calories than your intake level is dangerous, and you will most likely put all the weight back on very quickly. Try and make an exercise routine you can stick to, don't stop eating just eat in moderation and remember to keep up fluids. Good Luck :)
weight loss can be hard. Losing to much can really damage your health i have te same problem and what i recomend is to lose weight over a longer period of time xxxxxxx

keep a calender, and mark down each week how much weight you have lost, and if you are worried, tell your mom, and goto the doctor.

you really only should loose 10 pounds a week. if your worried go see i doctor.

With weight loss you can't rush things. I agree with xoxo, you have to patient with it and you need to regulate your food as well. Don't just stop eating, make sure that you are eating something even if you don't feel hungry. If you don't do that you will eventually make yourself very ill and cause some other problems....I know....I went through it. Now I'm getting myself back into shape after therapy so yeah. Just take it easy and be extra careful.
I don't mean to lose a lot in a short period of time! It just happends
I understand, try and eat evry meal each day still do exercise though x sorry x
