boiled or grilled foods are the best, of course eat lots of fruits and veggies



walking is a good cardio thing, also during the day at school you can tighten and hold the muscles in your tummy, legs, and butt. it works i used it. just tighten hold for a few seconds, then relax, it's a mini workout



never forget it's not ok to not eat. diet is eating healthy and helping your body work normally while staying in shape

there are millions of workouts so you can choose any of them, during the day try some low intesnity cardio workout, as walking, riding the bike in the afternoon you can include some real :thumbup: cardio workouts, weather you do it indoors or outdoors it's very healthy. Look at some articles on how to tone your muscles, with simple exercises. you can also try Pilates if you're really ambitious.
