Exercizing and eating right is really the only healthy way to lose weight.

Well, your diet should consist of three meals a day. Eat more whole wheat, fruit, veggies, and dairy. Also make sure you get protein. If you feel like eating during the day eat pretzels, veggie straws (they're like chips but better for you), or Light and fit yogurt. They are so good and only 80 calories for 6 ounces. There are so many different things you can snack on. Don't think "This piece of cake isn't going to hurt", becasue it will when you keep telling yourself that. Reward yourself every week or so with your favorite food. Also drink a lot of water.
You should exercise every day for at least an hour. You should start every workout with cardio. That means swimming, jogging, running, that kind of stuff. It should take 30 minutes to do your cardio. If you have trouble running or jogging for that long listen to your Ipod or do intervals. That means run or jog for 1 minute then walk for 1 or 2 minutes then go back to running and so on. If you go on Shape.com you can print workouts that target diffrent parts of your body. You could also buy their magazine. The website has a virtual trainer and many tips.
