Do antibacterial soaps really work?

I heard that soaps claiming to zap out germs are no better than their regular counterparts. Is this true? I'm a major germ freak so this bit of info is gonna be useful to me.

i'm not 100% sure. i think that using warm water and regular soap will work just as well as anitbacterial soap.

anti bacterial soap will kill things faster you really need to wash your hands for a certain length of time to get the germs off. the germs can't stay on your skin because there's not openings in your hands that you can't wash so yes regular soap will do the job as long as you wash for the proper length of time.

that's y they make those songs up on nickJR to keep the kids washing until it's done. and another positive anti-backerial soap can 1. dry your hands out more and 2. create super germs that are immune to certain cleaners.
