cleansing diet??

i've been heavy on processed and salty food lately and I wanna rid my system of the toxins that came with all that junk...the remedy: cleansing diet for the next few what exactly does it consist of?

I would do the cleansing diet for a week because after that it becomes more unhealthy and not good for you.

- NO meat or fish

- NO processed food or simple carbohydrates

- DO eat raw fresh fruit and vegetables AS THE MAIN PART OF YOUR DIET

- If you want to eat something cooked then you can eat brown rice because it has lots of nutrients in it

The whole point of this diet isn't starving yourself, its just cutting out all the processed foods for 7 days. If your hungry then you should feel free to eat something out of the list, eat when your hungry and don't when your not. Just when you are hungry stick to very simple foods which aren't processed.

Keep the diet sensible and reasonable and remember, don't do it for too long!

if i were you i'd just stick to stuff you cook yourself and boiled and baked foods are the healthyist. i like baked french fries

try to cut out things that have high factose corn syrup it can actually make you snack more and it's really not very good for you in high quantities. it's found it MOST but not all sodas and all sorts of snacks

drinking water or some kind of juice (make sure it says on the bottle a high percent of juice is in it most juices are only 5% at walmart) V8 is great you can get it in sweet juices not just tomato mix
