cellulite!!!

ladies, it's fairly normal to have some of those annoying ripples and dimples in our backsides.in fact, even the skinniest of girls got them too! Now, I'm just wondering what type of diet actually causes cellulite build-up? and apart from exercise and topical remedies, is there any other way to get rid of it?

I think it's just genetics that give you cellulite. Cellulite gets worse the skinnier you are acutally and there is no way to get completely rid of it unless you get it out through needle procedures or surgical procedures. The only reason why people think creams and all those other products "work" is not because of the acutal product itself its because you are massaging your skin when you use these topical treatments and therefore it irritates the muscle and skin to the point where it swells up slightly enough to "fill in" your cellulite dimples causing the appearance that your cellulite is gone or "getting better" but really its not, its just that your skin is irritated. So if you want to temporarily get away from cellulite just massage your skin or use scrubs and stuff that will swell it up a bit.

cellulite can be reduced from cream, massage, diet or exercise.

you can try the leading cellulite cream 'Procellix'.
