How to i get rid of love handles a.k.a Obliques :D I hate them,. Any exercises i can do to get rid of them in a three week period?

Stand straight up with your legs shoulder-width apart,keep your arms at your sides,and lean side-to-side letting your arms reach the outside of your knees.
i dnt know alot about exercise but my friend has a small midsection and she lost alot of weight by doing polaties (sorry cant spell it lol) and crunches hope i helped

those are extreemly hard to loose
i would suggest loving them like i do but you can try to burn more by doing running or walking

do side crunches (like normal crunches only on your side) hold a weight in teh hand thats on the side that being worked to make it harder. you can do them on the side of a couch, just lean over the side as far as you can and then pull yourself up slowly until youre tired then repeat, just for reference, obliques are one of the hardest places to work out
