mm im kinda in the same situation but i have anorexia..

ive had it for 3 yrs i know u dont want to tell anyone i didnt want to either i told my guidance counselor and shes helped alot yeah she told my parents they found out well they found out way before i told her but i wanted help bc i couldnt stop this on my own so since last year ive been talking to her so ill be talking to a therapist in a lil bit you should tell someone you trust and that can help you some days i want to have ana some days i want to get better .... its hard i still want ana but w.e

look, you look bery skinny in your picture, you are prolly a very skinny and beautiful girl. You dont need to be balimic you are skinny jusy how you are. dont let anyone tell you different, dont even letyourself tell you different. okay, just please try to get off of it. here what can happen to you...

your hair will turn very brittle and dry

hair will start to fall out

your stomach an di think liver can rupture

your skin will start to turn yellow

there is more but i cant remember them

just try to stop please.
