I've been having alot of mood swings lately...........

Okay,so,I've been having alot of mood swings lately, like, one minute I'll be really happy, and the next minute,I'll be really angry at someone,or I'll get so frustrated over something I start to tear up.And a lot of others too. This really hasn't happened before, and I'm not sure why.Can you please tell me why this is happeneing?I'm so confused!

if you are age 11-15 then you are probably just going through puberty and having some mood swings....i know i do ;] its kinda like a phase, it will end soon :]

i really could have to do with hormones but if it's interfering with you having a normal life (which it sounds like it may be) you may want to see a dr and see what they suggest

I read your profile and it says you are 13... so most likely this is your hormones ragging! It happens to everyone. Just try to take a breather when you feel like your are about burst and get mad. This will not be forever.. the best is to try to find a way to keep your anger under control.

thats down to our little friends called hormones i'm afraid, sometimes they make you feel sweet as pie, like butter wouldn't melt and the next its like the return of godzilla but its all perfectly normal and just something all teenagers have to put up with for a while. Little tricks can help you to keep a cool head tho, like counting to ten slowly or keeping a diary nearby to vent ur feelings in.
