A SERBIAN FILM : has anyone ever seen this?

Has anyone ever seen this movie? I caught it online one night, searching for a foreign French film named Amelie. I got sucked into some underground movie distribution sight, and this intriguing horror film caught my eye. I totally regret watching it, it was one of the most disturbing, terrible things I had ever witnessed, and probably the utmost brilliant piece of cinema I've seen in a long time. but I would love to hear anyone's opinion on it if they have watched it.

Oh yeah, you need balls to come out with a movie like this. I see it as a perfect representation of a society locked behind closed doors, in all parts of the world and even next door. Also, it definitely gives a big middle finger to the cinema, where extreme violence is so common society is becoming desensitized. I slept through Hostel, but I sobbed through this movie.
I agree... I wouldn't be happy either if it was called "A Canadian Film" .
It's sexist, terrifying but in a way, brilliant.
