spots ? :@

okay so luckily, i dont have spots anywhere else except my forhead & blackheads on my nose. OMG they look horrifying. i cover my forhead wid my fringe but my nose looks awful.

i mean, ther arnt alot on forhead.. theyr just sort of..idk..bumps? they arnt blackheads or whiteheads. they dont even have a head!(if you get what i mean). they look like bumps in my skin. you cant notice em much but you can if your close to me.

so what can i do about my flippin nose & forehead?

you cant relle notice em, like i said, but they look horrid if your up close. people say they dont, but i think they do tbh :/

Well, first do they turn into zits while they're little bumps? because is so you can you some zit creme to prevent them, and exfoliate to remove the dead skin and possibly even the bumps. Try not to bug em just incase that makes it worse.

look into neutragena bar soap to start. biore has nose strips that may help with the nose problem. you definitely don't want to irritate the bumps too much because the situation can get worse.

Warm water + clearasil + cold water.

Warm water opens the pores which contains the dirt from the day which causes the spots.

Clearasil cleans.

Cold water closes.

Also go to your General Practitioner and ask for oxytetracycline this is a very good prescription based medicine for spots and working within about a month (tried and tested here).

I know girls who take the tablets even when they don't have spots just to make sure. :)

actually the hair lying on you forehead could have just enough grease on it to be creating those bumps and you can look in my blog in the skin folder to see my face routine

exfoliating and using a face wash will help minimize the blackheads as well

u can try this thing....its called "the wave" its from neutrogena and it basically is like microdermibrasion. lol sorry for the spelling. you can get it at any drug store or at walmart or target. umm it buffs away the dead skin. and the medicine in it helps clear everything away. good luck.

Yup, I agree. Your bangs rubbing on your forehead can move bacteria around... so whenever you get home from school; Wash your face and pin up your bangs off your forehead so it can breath and rest. Try that for a week and see if it helps.
