Darkness?

Gawshh this is so irritating! idk why, but from the start..darkness seems to help me think better. it makes my head go clear, yano? makes me think.

it can be helpful, but at nights when i put my light out.. its IRRITATING coz i cant get to sleep. i keep thinking stuff over..evrything that happened today & shiz. Idk if i should get a small lamp bcoz it can easily wake me up, & i cant go back to sleep once i get awakened.

Actually, i cant sleep much at all! im too young for sleeping pills, but relle.. i sleep at around 4 am evry night & wake at 8 or 7 am . REAL unhealthy. & i dunno what to do bout this.

happned to anyone? :\

i have the same problem i have difficulties falling asleep :s

i tried to do a lot of things , like reading ,or cleening up my room to make me feel ' tired', for me it helps a little bit , but i also don't know how to fall asleep faster.

See your doctor, you may have a similar problem as me. Describe you inability to sleep and ask him/her what they think, ask them if they think it would be okay for you to take a vitamin supplement called melatonin. Melatonin is something in your brain that helps you sleep if your body doesn't produce enough of it than you will have trouble sleeping, if it doesn't help you may want to go back to your doctor. I myself suffer from insomnia and it really does suck, but I'm pretty much used to it but its not good, not good at all.

normally i put music on my phone on and i gradually go asleep from that :thumbup:

yea sometimes you just have to keep trying



if it's really a problem tell your parents and you can try and over the counter sleeping aid (they can reallyhelp)



also when it's dark it's easier to relax and think things through so it's normal. and maybe you have alot of stress in your life and having a blog or journel or even someone to talk to about it can help releave some of the stress on you

you should try counting. i do that a lot. ummm if that doesnt work...go get some water...and then a book..and try to read it. if that doesnt do it, i dont know what will. :thumbup:
