schools starts tomorrow for term 3 and i wanna lose all the weight off during the 10 weeks

im planning on losing 12 kgs?

my mum keeps buying cheap fat foods and she wont stop!

if somethings there ill eat it and ihave a tendency to over eat.

Well, try not too overeat, when you are full just walk away from the food :)) And a good exercise... hmm... Runing stairs is a really good exercise. Your burn over 500 calories a hour! :thumbup:

I think u look relii skinny!!!! but like b4 u eat try 2 drink a glass of water bcuz it helps 4 u not 2 eat as much...... tell ur mom 2 hide those fat foods or put it sumwhere and put a lock on it! =] haha thats wat my mom does! lmaoo

eat the recommended portions and eat HEALTHY,

exercise plenty, but dont forget to drink lots of water!

dont over do it, you dont need to!

just whenever you have that urge to eat something sugary (cuz im a candy finatic and a junk food crazer :P) just drink water. eat when you're hungry. you should eat every 4 hours about anyway. you'll get into a pattern also. and take the opportunities when you have that urge to run or to bike. or if you're bored.. like me.. instead of going on the computer :P like this.. go for a bike ride or even a nice gentle walk.. but everyday.
