Perhaps try using hairspray?

Sometimes though, if the hair isn't used to being parted that way, you will have to comb it to that side and use a pin or something to hold it in place, and eventually it will stay like that.

Hope I helped :D

try applying styling creme on damp hair and use a round brush or roller and blow dry hair to the direction you want them to stay. its going to get real curly or puffy but just apply hairspray and brush again towards the side you want it to get used and then with your flat iron straighten hair in towards the side you want them to stay. apply more hairspray to stubborn hairs. It might not stay as much the first times but if done everyday it will finally stay! good luck

Put a bobbypin at the start of your bangs to hold them in place and then use hairspray.
