Am I overweight?

I weigh 184.4 pounds. I'm about 5'6. A lot of people at school say I'm fat, but all my friends just say that I'm curvy. Also could i get a couple cheap ways to lose weight?

i looked up your measurements on the internet, and BMI charts say your overweight/obese, but they don't take into account how much of that is muscle, so don't take that as a definate.

as for the cheap ways to loose weight; i don't think there is any, just eat healithy, exercise, and drink enough water. I know you've probably heard that before but it works, trust me (:

yea it say's i'm obese on alot of those websites too i'm 5'6" and 155lbs



back in high school i was 183lbs and i'd say i was a lil chubby but not fat it looked cut on my frame size.



don't get me wrong i love how i look now but i used to love my size before too : P



you can look in my blog under weight to see some of my tips. also having your tonsils out does wonders lol truthfully i never would have thought about how i ate so early if i hadn't lost alot of weight when i had them out. but it worked wonders after i had my daughter too



and sorry i used to love to shop at walmart, jordache bootcut jeans were my fav and long girl cut shirts. now i still love shopping at walmart but also Ross dress for less has TONS of options and varity

well. it kinda depends. me and my friend are the same weight but i look more skinnier because i have more muscle while she has more fat. so it kinda depends on how you feel

kirstiefrog is right, there is no shortcut to losing weight. Losing weight is all about burning more then you consume, trust you're gut, you probably already know what's healthy for you, a good thing to think about is chose natural foods rather than manmade.

And when it comes to excersise, well, take walks, do some home excersises with your body weight, focus on being healthy rather then losing weight, you may not realize you've reached your goal if you get "too focused".
