exercise and a good diet help alot! also sign up for a dance/swimming/gym class, to help you get in shape. they usually have pretty good deals like $1 for the first month. drink lots of water. running and squats, pull ups and push up firm leg and bum muscles. look on youtube or google for more tips. :) xx

Girl, I ran track and played varsity soccer and my thighs were full and my butt too. Like I could not fit into the jeans that would fit my waist. They would be too small to fit my thighs and butt. Sooo if you want to build your butt I would recommend running.. like up hill, and so lots of sprints.

my trainer recommends squats, because i asked him the exact same thing. also walking/jogging/running - and certain yoga and pilates poses. google some :)

depending on exactly just how thin your legs and butt are, will determin yoru potential to "filling" those areas out. For example, if you've ever got the chicken legs comment multiple times, there porbably is no hope, otherwise try these (but combine with good eating habits, you cant just workout and eat whatever and expect to see good results, the world doesn't turn that way)

Lunges 3 sets of 10-15 reps per leg, works hamstrings, glutes, and quads, good for at home/in front of the TV during commercials.

Squats (make sure your knees don't go over your big toe b/c this could hurt you more than it would help) works inner/outer thigh, glutes, hams

Side leg raises work outer thigh and glutes

Most of the workouts that give you that fuller look in those areas are toning and strengthening exercises that generally require resistance baring equipment of your own body weight.

Swimming is also excellent for your legs and sprints (not long time/distance running), ohhh and anything with more resistance and incline i.e. jogging or hiking up hills you will really really feel it in your thighs and butt.
