I want to lose weight, and I need ideas and help.

Same but what i like todo i find something thats fun and helps you lose weight
i joined this dance group that has a really good workout in the dance
you can goto a gym
and try eating less and instead of having thoose little snaks just have some water

I joined sports, and when it was off season I would just go to the gym after school twice a week, and I stayed in pretty good shape,also, Since I didn't care what people thought and I just kept my mind start and forward on what I achieved, I am really skinny now, and have Abs(:

Here are my suggestions, but I encourage you find out what works for you since we're all unique and our bodies function differently from one another:
Finding an activity you enjoy doing will help you to stay consistent with exercise if you're like me and lack the discipline for it. Try to have a diet rich in protein because it keeps you feeling full longer and your body burns fat that way. You do want to keep eating carbs, though. Eat less of them, but don't be scared of them because they give you energy. Drink a lot of water. I believe the minimum you should have a day is 8 glasses worth. If you workout, you'll want to drink more than that. Try to include veggies in every or most of your meals and eat them as snacks. Fruit is amazing, but limit it to about 3 servings a day because they're high in sugar.
The most important thing, though, is to be positive about it. Keep focused on your goal, the end result and don't try too hard to make it happen. Having a relaxed attitude about it will take you a long way, really!

The basics, drink lots of water to flush toxins out of your system, eat lot's of fruit and veggies.
Also, a tip I swear by. Don't start eating something if you know you're not going to be able to stop!
As for exercise, try kick boxing, pilates, swimming or running. These will pretty much give you guaranteed results!

I'm cheerleader! I love cheering! I've lost some weight doing weight, but I'm trying to get better! That's an amazing achievement! Congrats!
Thank you! I wish there were an option for two best answers because you and SkyeLynn11 have given me great answers so far because you both gave the fact that working out, but not too much, is still key and to be positive! Thank you for the advice! I will surely keep it mind!
