My face has gone insane. I have not had acne problems like this ever before. What can I do?

I live in Colorado. Its very dry. That may be a big part of the culprit, but I'd use harsh drying washes. Clearasil and Clean/Clear. That seems to usually work and not harsh. I have sensitive face skin. Then this happening makes me stressed which probably makes it worse.

Its all over forehead, sides of nose, chin/left of mouth and some cheek.

I live in Colorado as well. Do you live up in the mountains or near Denver? I have the same acne problems in the same spots. Personally I don't wash my face every day and that seems to help a lot because the facewash isn't drying out your skin. Try using Clean & Clear Acne Control twice a week. When you use it though pin your hair up and get your face barely damp. Put about a pea or two size drop on your fingers and add just a little bit of water. Work it into a lather in your hands and put it in the problem areas first and then put it on the rest of your face. Instead of washing off right away, leave it on for about 5 minutes and then wash it off. This works for me whenever I am breaking out. :)

Well, you can try consulting a dermatologist to deal with your acne problem, anyway, you can also try using home remedies, like Baking Soda with a little lemon or honey as a facial wash.

I understand that having pimples causes many negative feelings. I used to have very low self esteem due to having pimples. You may wash your face with mild soap and avoid putting too much products that may just harm your face.
