Ok, i have a seriious problem

I am very depressed. I dont know why, but i always just get so down for no reason. The girls at school know i am because i never smile and i am so sad all the time. I feel like all that i will ever do is work in highschool to goto uni, and thrn work a job i hate, whilst my husband is having affairs with other women because i am just so boring and down. Whats worst is that my boyfrind is also depressed. He hates it when i get into my really low states because it means he gets sad too, and its not fun. I have a strong feeling that he is going to leave me because of this, and its not just my nerves, i know it will happen. Ive been in amd out of psyhologists for over 5 years now and nothing has changed. Help! Ill do anything!

well if psychiatry can't help, then you need to take matters into your own hands.
1. Do you smoke/drink/do drugs? Depressants have a huge factor on your energy, including tobacco. Cut back or quit.
2. If you have conflicts with your parents, you must come to an ultimatum about these issues, or you will have to dismiss them the best way you can. At best, ignore them.
3. Job you think you will hate? Well look at it this way, lot's of people hate their jobs, but you have to find the bright side. Your a little young to be worried about your career path. It's ok even if you're twenty and you don't know what to do.
4. Worried about getting played? That's the media influencing you. It's a terrible thing. Not all relationships are like that. Shit happens, yeah, but take it as a learning experience. If you are worried you are too boring, get active.
5. What is definitely the main source of your problem is that your bored. Think about what you love doing -- hair, make up, fashion design, sports, graphic design, reading, writing, and throw yourself into it.
I had the same problem when I was younger. I would go up and down with depression but I didn't like talking about it. Then, I put on a pair of ice skates and it saved me. Sports aren't for anyone, but even just working out and getting a balanced diet can work wonders for your metabolism, which in turn releases feel-good hormones through your body.
Finally, smile. Fake it till you make it.
It's not the end of the world, it's normal at your age to feel this way. It's up to YOU if you wanna change it.
Good luck darlin xoxo

Hey girl,
I think it is important that you aknowledge that your problem is a serious thing. This means that it can't be solved from one day to another, that it troubles your social life en that you often won't see a way out of it.
But please try to remember that every great journey starts with small steps. Try to get rid of those negative thoughts, look at yourself in the mirror, I know, it's hard, but try to realize how beautiful and unique you really are. Right now, you think that your live will never get better, but imagine getting out of that darkness, imagine what you could mean to others by understanding what they are going trough.
When I was 13 I was obese, was bullied by, well, everyone. One day I discovered I was good at drawing. I started taking lessons and had fun. Thats the first step, have fun. I started taking life in my own hands, I refused to believe the people that would put me down. I'm 19 now. At 15 I was the youngest person to get a diplome of animator. When I was 17 I had finished highschool succesfully, and had another diplome in arts. Now I'm studying at the university and my grades are very high. I hope I can start my own company that empowers people trough art.
You are not a boring person. You are a girl of 13 years old in a crazy world that puts unrealistic expectations on you. Don't listen to those voices. U are a human being, you deserve respect and a chance to discover your talent. Please, stop underestimating yourself. Believe, have expectations of life. Don't think about a husband who will treat you bad, but about the kind of woman you could be. An artist? An inspiring teacher? A buisness woman? A great mother? Go out there, try new things, meet now people, find whatever it is that puts a smile on your face and don't let anyone hold you back.
