grab a 5lb or ten lb weight and put one in each hand then move your body sideways your body will be flat just move to the side do twenty reps on each side that should help

leg lifts (you can put a small weight on your ankle) from the hip and lunges but really those are some of the hardest areas to loose weight from



so eat healty and drink water and even walk alot!

you might have genetically wide hips. if so, you can't really do anything about that. if it's just fat and you are sure of it, do some lunges or leg lifts. before you start working out, go to your doc and ask her for some advice for an eating plan to go with your workout plan. congrats on setting a goal and starting to take baby steps!!!!!!!!
