Dont eat sugars or fatty foods, eat only from 12pm to 6pm, and do a cardio workout a day for about 45mins to an hour. I lost 4 Lbs just doing this. But its hard!

oh, agree with BethanyJL, this will be soooo hard. you must avoid sugar, carbons, caffeine, alcohol, eat stewed food (is not as tasty as roasted food but if you want to lose 5 pounds...). then you must workout every day for at least 45 min. uhh, this'll be hard, and it's sure not healthy to shock your body with this.

it wouldn't be healthy. a healthy goal would be 2 pounds per week. as bethanyjl said "eat only from 12pm to 6pm", this is not a good idea because your body needs breakfast. breakfast is the most omportant meal of the day. i agree about the exercising part but if your muscles are sore and tired do a lighter intensity workout.

lol actually you can usually loose a quick few lbs because of water weight in a week

running or swimming or biking are great ways to increase your matabolisim for a short time and make sure to drink water and cut out soda and sweet tea. eating something small in the morning like a healty cereal or a bagel with cream cheese. having a small lunch like a salad and a sensible dinner. if you get hungry int he middle drink water, have a fruit, or veggie. i hate water so i drink it with those punch mixes you put in the water almost all of them are sugar free and that's what i did after i had my baby to loose weight

think of your metabolism like this: a fire.

throughout the day, food is the wood that feeds this fire. your last meal of the day should be small, sort of like one last log to keep your fire dwindling lightly over night. then, at breakfast, you want to rev up that fire, or it will completely go out.

eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, and eat supper at LEAST three hours before going to bed

dont eat after 7pm

keep your metabolism going - it's better to eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours than huge chunks here and there. your metabolism is like a computer... it works in patterns and it goes by what you put into it. so keep things regular.

cardio is really important... you can diet all you want but you don't really achieve amazing results without cardio excersise.

use yoga as a warmup/cool down and try bicycling (its easier on your joints than running)

get a good nights sleep

drink lots of water

try a weightloss pill that helps stop your body from digesting and soaking in the fat that you eat

and watch your diet!! no soda, NO POPCORN, no candy, no sweets...

also, eat foods with high water content, such as fruits and vegetables like tomato, cucumber, and oranges. they're mostly water so they satisfy you and give you energy but don't increase weight gain that much.

if you cut out all drinks except water, you'll lose weight quick.

the first day or two you'll feel a little bloated but then you lose quick.

it helps a lot.
