Eye Makeup to "PoP" my eyes as I use more pastel lipstick for Spring?

I’m having difficulty with my eye makeup and thought that you might comment on my present style so that I can improve my “Spring” look. The area below my lower eye lashes and inside my contour makeup on my nose and above my “Blush” is the area I’m having difficulty with. After the “Moisturizer” and the “Concealer” and the “Foundation” and the “Powder”, I am trying to find the best shade of “Shadow” to lighten the surface to make my eyes really “PoP”. Brightening the area around my eyes seems to help them “Stand Out” and “Flash” and add to my femininity. . . I still want to apply mascara on my lower lashes and have the eye-liner applied with darker shadow just under the lower lashes but how light and bright do I want the “Shadow” under my lashes? You seem to have your “Makeup Act” together and I would love to have your opinion.

Well, I thought each of us always curled our lashes??? I even curl my lashes before I apply "False Lashes". . . and I just love "False Lashes" . . . I have sooo many in all different styles. . . Thanks for your comment about curling. . .
