Serious question.

Okay ( my usual opening )

I have decided to go on a diet and I am really serious about it because i am sick and tired of being a big size. I am POSITIVE on this ai i really want to lose weight.

So i dont want a drastic thing but could you give me and idea of a really good easy to stick to diet? I just want some ideas because i am not very good at this part of it :P

My thing that helps me is that if I don't buy it.. then I can't eat it! So I do not buy and sodas or candy or much junk food. So then I won't eat it bad things. When ever I do feel like I need some thing sweet then I grab some grapes or fruits. I do eat yogurt. I keep lots of water, unsweet tea, and apple juice in my fridge. I love my apple juice. ( but do allow yourself something that you really really like sometimes. do not totally hold yourself off things.) I eat at least 3 meals a day if not more... sometimes up to 5. But I eat a lot of baked chicken and steamed veges. I also steam wild rice. But when I am out with my friends or with my boyfriend I do eat whatever i feel like. ( which I go out to eat about once a week) so it does not totally throw me off. but this also allows my body not to crave anything. You can do it girl. Ease yourself into your diet... start by snacking healthy and try to eat a lot of veges during your meals. Knock out sodas.

dont diet, its not healthy, slows down your metabolism and what happens when you stop? you gain it back. what you wanna do is incorportae a healthy eating mentality whatever you eat or dont. eat right like dont starve yourslef or restrict yourslef of stuff you like just be smart about it. watch your portions, but dont say you arent "allowed" to eat anything just eat when youre hungry and stop when youre full. make it a lifestyle change not a "diet" thing you cant wait to be off of. the weight may come off more slowly but it is healthier and is more likely to stay off

i have a few things in my blog under the 'weight' folder

it's all about learning which types of foods to choose and making sure you do eat well.

baked and boiled over fried and greasy

fruits and veggies over snacks and candy

but it is ok to cheat everynow and again but make a rule for it.

like once a week you can have any type of food you want

and if you feel you really need some sweet snack you can either have 2 bites or once cookie (you know keep it small) and adding peanutbutter isn't really cheating.

but yea look in my blog there are exercise things and a few things about eating right and how to eat

You need to start off slow because if you do to much and dont make your goals youll get bummed out and quit. So just like dont eat sugar on the week days and only eat some on the weekends. and only eat from 12pm to 6pm:) this really helps you lose wait easily! not very complicated at all! this is what me and my sis does and it works!

basically appreciate yourself for who you are

don't become obsessed with loosing weight

try the morning banana diet

try to leave liquid calories.

and you look lovely anyway- i'm sure your just fine...
