u should like urself the way u r. and if you already eats healthy and exercise it just must be genetics or something. the best thing u can do for urself is be healthy. just remember no junk food except once a month!!!!! but be confident it will change ur whole out look :)

If you want to get more toned [I do too] my friends have said doing 100 sit ups a night for 4 months will make the weight dissappear,

But remember , ask a doctor for advice about weight.

ive read through your comments and its clear that you wanna lose weight for you, not to look like your friends which is good, all i can say it eat healthier and excerise yoga and pilates and great for getting toned. it all depends on your bone structure go onto to find out if your already at your healthy weight. - then type into the search box "healthy weight calculator" and click on the first one, type in your info and there you have it x

judging by your picture you dont look like you need to lose weight at all but instead of going on a diet i'd suggest exercise, its a lot heathier and means that the weight will stay off, plus you wont get those mad cravings for anything deep fried and covered in chocolate. what i'm advising is yoga, it stretches you out and tones you up meaning you can eat what you like and it will keep you at the perfect weight for you. youtube has loads of really good playlists different teachers have put up so just find one that isnt too hard and away you go!
