like squats? idk like jump like a frog with a lil kid and you get the best leg workout EVER!!!
usually you will hold a lil weight in your arms like on your sholders you can even just put two larger books (one on each sholder) and hold them there then squat and stand up
i like doing leg lifts
you can lay on your back and bring your knees one at a time up to your chest then out parallel to the floor but keep them up from actually touching the floor and hold for a few seconds before bring back to your chest
or you can get on all fours on your knees and bring a leg straight back our straight and hold it parallel to your body then bring it back down
or you can use that position and bring your leg (still bent) out to try and get as parallel to your body from the side (lol like a dog peeing )

The vertical leg crunch is another effective move for the rectus abdominis and the obliques. To do it right:
1. Lie face up on the floor and extend the legs straight up with knees crossed.
2. Contract the abs to lift the shoulder blades off the floor, as though reaching your chest towards your feet.
3. Keep the legs in a fixed position and imagine bringing your belly button towards your spine at the top of the movement.
4. Lower and repeat for 12-16 reps.
