Reallyy want to lose weight but.. please help!

Well im 16, 4ft 2inches and 133lbs (some of this could be muscle tho)..i do a good bit of excercising like walking,running,gym(sometimes),ladies football and horseriding..! And i eat healthy enough but i think its that i eat to much..how can i stop this? Im am expescially bad at eating after like 8 when i know your not suppose to and i drink green tea loads! But when do i eat..how much do i eat and what time should i stop eating? lol i just dunno how to get rid of it! Thanks

what you could do is buy a dieters tea and drink a cup before bed (do this only on weekends) and when you feel you have had waaaaaaay to much food do a salt water flush use sea salt(you can buy it in the grocery store) and drink two pints of salt water make sure to mix it in right or it will taste bad (of course with it mixed it will still taste bad but hey it works) and also walk for 25 min everyday you can run a little but walk mostly it helps your body catch up with you when your running your body tries to catch up to fast so it takes longer for you body to start working

and brush your teeth after dinner then you will remind yourself not to eat because you will have to brush again

sweet tea isn't the best thing to drink when trying to loose weight actually sugary drinks in general arent' great, try to cut out sodas



if you get hungry later have fruits available or yogert i like keeping some sherbet in the freezer. you can check out my blogs in the weight folder to see what i did

if you feel like you're hungry, drink some water beforehand. you're brain can't realy tell the difference between when you're hungry or when you're thirsty. for eample, you may feel hungry but in realtiy, you might just be dehydrated.
