how do i do this?

Okay..so ive started going to the gym and i reallyyyy want to make my legs skinnier..im small so they look stumpy and they're sort of toned but how do i get the rest of fat off them? Expescially in the inside of my thighs! And also i was wondering how to get fat off my lower belly..what machines would help and also what crunches or stuff can i do at home aswel? running helps with all that if you dont like it then pace your self walk a little and when your body has gotten used to walk and its happy then start running a little faster maybe 4.5 and when your body gets bored (you will feel it) then stop immdiately and start walking till your body it happy again then start running trust me this works i would know i trained my body and now i love running and also try the stair stepper it hurts like crap but take your time i had to cause i started going to fast

leg lifts can sometimes help with the legs and hips



and yea i like the tension thing. where you tighten the muscles when ever you think about it and after doing this for a few days it starts doing it by itself

i don't think that you can technically make your legs SKINNIER but you can tone the muscles and bring them closer to your bodoy to make your legs look skinnier but that doesn't necessarily mean that they will be skinnier. i'm sorry that that was confusing but as long as you get my general meaning then you should be okay.



for the stubborn belly fat, eat clean and try planks instead of crunches because crunches can give you a sort of fake abs look. look on www.seventeen.com under the seventeen trainer and find some kind of workout that will suit what you want to change on your body.
