If acne scars is your problem, try looking up some home remedies. These are easy, effective, and cheap. Some easy home remedies for acne scars are lemon, tomato, or olive oil. Honey is also good for your skin overall and will help make it more smooth. If you don't like any of these solutions, try looking some up to find one that will work for you!

For the skin, i'd recommend BB creams, they are blemish balms with acne fighting ingredients and good coverage depending on which type you get and for what reason. They essentially heal the skin, and the lightening effect of some should reduce acne scars. Instead of foundation that is.

I don't know if you already use facial masks and the likes but i would suggest one with tea tree or lemon/ginseng to reduce scares, minimize the pores (to smooth the surface of the skin and relive stress). Toners and Astringents will help keep the acne away.

As for the nose, you could contour it to give the illusion of a straight nose, mind it's best to use matte highlighters and contouring powders.

You might want to just treat yourself more and gain confidence from that so that you feel better about yourself. When you're confident everything looks 10 better. :)
