what kind of diet i should prefer in these summers?

plz suggest me a diet which will prove helpful for a healthy glowing skin and also to avoid extra fat production in my body especially around my waist as though i m not a victim of obesity but still i think i have gained a little more fat just around my belly ............waiting for a favourable response.

The number 1 tip is to have a healthy balanced diet, rich in fresh fruit and veggies. Eat 5 servings of fruit a day (pure 100% fruit juice included) and 3 servings of veg a day. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins and to promote healthy skin. Green tea is very good in the summer too, you can put it in the fridge with mint leaves and lemon slices and serve it as an ice tea. Its rich in anti-oxidants which is great for healthy glowy skin and it boosts your metabolism so you can burn fat a lot faster.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF rather avoid unhealthy foods (Im sure you know the long list) and also pay attention to how you prepare your food. Opt to roast or grill instead of boil and fry
