I Need To Start Exercising, and Eating Heathly to Get Back into Shape. Any Ideas.?

Okayy so im not fat, and im kinda skinny but i wanna be heathlyer and loose my stomach fat. xD.

imma Lacto-vegetarian. Which means i dont eat any kind of i need a heathy diet plan to help me get heathly again. and i need a basic exercise routine wheere i can loose my stomach fat, and gain some muscle. Any Ideass?

well...i think thius might be rly rly hard if yer lacto to...but not eating anything with flour or wheat like bread and stuff works im vegitarian to...xD

Im a gymnast, so u know gymnasts are pretty musly and burn calories pretty quickly so my advice to you .. is cardio workouts .. 60 jump nd jacks every day do good .. and sit ups i do 100 every other day .. but start by doing 16 repetitions .. and rest then another 16 then rest.. and so on .. 4 times .. that would make 64 sit ups .. if u feel like u can do more one day .. increase the amount to 20 reps .. then 25 reps .. and keep doing 4 sets .. it makes 100 sit ups .. u get a flat stomach almost immidietly .. thats wht happend to me .. it does hurt :P im not gunna lie .. but only for a min or so afterwards the pain gows away pretty wuickly and u feel good after its done.. and its worth it .. and for being healthy .. have some orange juice everyday b4 skl .. but make sure u eat somthing else with it like a piece of toast.. and seriously have an apple everyday right when u wake up .. it does wonders for my skin im sure it will do the same for u ! .. good luck ..
