Cute ways to style medium length kinky curly hair????

well i have as yoou can tell by the question haha its black and it has red,and well i change the color of the highlights sometimes,so haha and i want some ways to style it,i like the like Kesha/beachy waves look but idk how to acheive that lol,im just tired of a pony tail allllllll the time.Any help is soooo appreaciated.

Just leave it open if it is curly.

Wear some cute accessories if you want.

And if you want that beachy hair then I think you've to straighten your hair first and braid. It will give you that beachy waves :)

Hairspray is needed to hold the waves.

If you want loose, beachy curls, then you'll need to straighten your hair first, then either braid it tight and use some kind of hairspray or gel for curly hair, or you can use a curling iron to curl it that way, so it's curly but it isn't kinky. Straightening your hair and using rollers are another option, that will make it wavy more than anything.

Some cute ways to style it are to straighten the bangs (like in the first picture) except a bit more curly. You could also just put up your bangs (depending on your forehead size, ahha), or bobby pin them to the side. Whatever you do to your hair though, you need some sort of gel or spray for curly hair to make it bouncy and not all stiff (if you use regular hairspray, the curls will be glued in place and if you move them, the beachy curl effect will dissapear).
