im so fucking stressed.

My house is in the buisiest days of the year, my sister wont stop looking over my sholder and snooping into my persional life and on top of that I have a band concert&&a project due tomorrow. PLUS i just started it today and i can't find ZIP information.

I can relate. Whenever someone instant messages me, my twin sister will come over to my laptop and say "Who is it?" School is overwhelming as well. Just take a deep breath, close your eyes, and take a moment to relax.. I know it seems pretty impossible given the circumstances, but try it. It might help if you give yourself a schedule or time frame to follow if you are good with organization. :)

Sometimes life can be overwhelming. Just take one minute, close your eyes take a deep breath and tell youself your not gunna kill anyone lol.

I know how you feel, tomorrow is going to be the longest day of school this year. state test for music(WASL) Math final, science final, social studies final, plus my project is due tomorrow luckily i've finished! :) and...that's it. I suck at science and math though :(

lol i don't have a diary but i'm not bad, but if you have nosey people in your house and things you want kept to yourself then don't do them in your house : P

just relax and breathe

i know its really stressful i go through it too

what you need to do is write down everything that you need to do in a list

it seems less scary when its infront of you

then you need to make a plan of how your going to adress these things

you need to remember to give yourself plenty of breaks because you can't focus on something for more then half an hour straight, after that time it all becomes like goo and you don't take it in

and have some self confidenence and belief in yourself that you can accomplish anything, and you can with a positive attitude

and last of all have some personal time where you can relax and reflect and have some fun or else you'll jst burn out

maybee trylighting some candels to increase the atmosphere

good luck sweetheart i hope it gets better for you
