Write stuff down in a notebook. when you're done writing, rip up the paper and throw it way in your big trashcan. The one you take out to the street. Or hide it in your regular trashcan. =-D If that doesn't work I would consider a day out once ormore per week. =-D Talk to your best friend. =-) SOrry about not being a good helper. xD

It really depends why you get angry, if you get angry for no apparent reason what I try to do is burn off all my exess energy by doing some exercise, not only does quell you thirst to hurt people but you also get healthy because of it!

yea having an outlet like running or painting can help keep you calm and release your tension

sometimes actually having some sort of a blog or diary can actually be a good thing.

also talking to people about how you feel online or in person is a good way to work through those feelings

Yea, I agree with Barbi that you need to find the source of your anger first. Then try to do little things to slowly try to avoid your trigger. And if you do feel yourself getting anger then find a way to cool off; walk away and breath, take a shower, etc.

Do not get too fustrated in the beginning. Because this will be hard. Also, the anger could be from some of your hormones. It happens, but keeping it under control is best.

you should get a journal and express your feelings there...or you could do what i do...get a squishy toy and squish it all you want!!:)
