do NOT motivate yourself by breaking yourself down, that's not the way to do things.. you want to build confidence WHILE losing weight, not break it down.

set goals for yourself, and dont go to extremes... think of it this way. if you jump into a freezing cold lake, full-on, you're going to jump out immediately! if you slowly wade in, you'll last longer.. so take it slow and only do what you know you can handle.

well actually im motivating myself too just think you want to alway be able to walk up and down stairs without having breathing troubles and you would look amazing in any bathing suit=)))

can do wonders if you do them regularly. And oh, hula hoops are great too!



usually, the problem with trying to start a work out program is that you don't really, truly enjoy it. Like it's more of a chore for you than an a recreation. I guess that's what makes people give up easily. and always remember: results don't happen overnight. ;P

What I did was I talked to my mom about it & we both set goals about when we hoped to be in the shape we wanted. It really works. I found some things that work are remembering to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. But make sure to have healthy snacks like a fruit or vegetables through out the day. And workout wise. I like doing 100 crunches, 100 squats and dance everyday. I really recommend dance. Especially ballet. It's really a workout and really tones you. Especially your legs. You can also just google workouts on the areas you are wanting to specifically work on. But keep in mind that its 80% diet and 20% exercise.
