Sorry to hear that! Now you have to be patient...the only way to get your hair back is to wait for the new hair to grow. BUT you can try to regain moisture back into the already damaged hair. I have used Dove deep conditioning treatment which does help or an antifrizz conditioner also by Dove. I would suggest you wash your hair first when you get into the shower then put in the conditioner and leave it on as long as you can. Then wash the conditioner out as your last thing.

I also do weekly olive oil treatments in my hair and scalp which i leave on for almost two hours. I used to dye my hair too....and my parents alwaysed warned me that it will fry! I hope some of this will help sooth the damaged hair.

deep conditioning shampoo and conditioners should help. i love the 'tresseme deep conditioning' and 're-moisturising' they are reaally good! :]

Use the deep-conditioning treatment by granier fructise, its amazing. Also use their leave-in conditioner [[it smells good too lol]] and don't use anything herbal essence because they put so many chemicals in their products to make it smell good and in the end the chemicals will only ruin your hair even more.

I know the pain of frying your hair D: I fried mine with a flat iron, relaxers and bleach though. I suggest hair products for african americans. Considering your hairs been fried and need strength and moisture. These hair products provide extra moisture because african american hair can be more brittle and dry than average hair. I'm bi-racial but my friends have used these too and came out with good results. I'm a fan of them c: My favorite has to be 'Lekair hair Cholesterol' It's cheap about $1.77 and you can find it at wamart. Just put it in leave it on for a couple hours or less depending on your liking and rinse it out. It'll make your hair all silky smooth.

well if its REALLY fried;

you'll absolutely need to cut it off (atleast 3 to 4 inches)

you can also stop applying heat on your hair (blow dryers, hair curlers..)

you'll have to be patient!

and at last: TO NOT DYE IT AGAIN ;)

haha, hope it helped. Good luck:thumbup:
