im not sure what your structure is like, but as we all know, bodies like jessica's are very hard to achieve! start with your diet. Build a diet that portions all aspects of the food pyramid with looots of veggies and less carbs. when working out you will want to focus on replacing fat with muscles WHILE KEEPING YOUR BODY LEAN!! do not aim to build muscle, instead focus on more pilates and yoga rather than extreme weight lifting. high cardio workouts will be a key element in loosing the fat quickly, just be sure to keep yourself toned! jessica is all about firm abs and toned muscles. some workouts i suggest are squats, treadmil(on incline!!)many reps of light weights, aerobics and pilates classes. have fun!
