How can I describe this haircut to the hairdresser to get the closest results?

Okies.. so I am totally in love with that hairstyle. (Check the pic - sorry it's blurry, I screen captured it from a vid.) You can sort of see that she has really short layers in the back that are sort of just, spiked up. How do I ask for that? :O

Thaaanxxx. Uhm, also, I'd appreciate it sooo oooh much, if you could find me some similar pics. It's the messy look in the back that I'm looking for. Is there a name for that?

Take in that picture, and also find some more photos which are similar, then you can explain that you want shortish choppy layers getting longer as you go down the hair and then a side swept fringe, also the parting seems to not be down the middle of the head.. it looks like a boys type of parting where the hair comes from one point at the back.. go on photo bucket and search for pictures which you can print offa nd take in x
