I am 5'6 and weigh 153 pounds. I SERIOUSLY need a diet.

I try exercising but it dosnt work out that well for me, the eating heathier is going well, but I see no changes. I want to be about 120 or less. My friends tell me that I look fine, but my mom says differently and to be honest I HATE my body. Help?

don't worry EVERYONE hates there own bodyyy

you need to learn to love your body for what it is, i know its hard i'm still tryin to learn to love my ownn its a tough battle

but if you really feel that you need to lose weight to be happy and excercise won't workk i think that maybe talking to a doctor or nutritenialist will really help as they can tell you everything which is healthy

otherwise i suggest three meals a day; three servings of veg and fruits and some form of meat, try snacking on rice crackers and nuts, don't eat anything that you think is unhealthy and keep up excercise

healthy eating and excercis go hand in hand for weight loss and is the simplest option

from that pic you look fine!but if you really want to lose waight exercise eat healthy and it would help if you had some motavation, like have one of your friends do the diet with you and have a race with them, or a bet!!!

you shouldnt need to lose weight your the perfect size, but if you do wanna lose weight carry on with eating healthier and just go out more, even going up the city will lose a bit of weight as ur walking :D and it isint really about losing weight its more toning up so maybe do sone sit ups and just have fun by doing some school activities. u wont notice the changes straight away it takes time for your body to get used to u trying to lose weight, once it catches up ull see changes, hope this helped :)
