I have shoulder length hair and I need help!

It seems I work so hard to get my hair how I want it in the mornings. I part it in the middle straighten it and bring one side of my "bangs" over and behind my other ear. To make it stay I have to use hair spray because my hair is very slippery and it just falls down if I don't use anything.

My question is, what are some other cute "preppy" hair styles (not cuts) that are easy and look great? My hair is naturally wavy it looks gross if I don't straighten it... PLEASE HELP!

first i like to make my part as soon as i get out of the shower (when it's been warm and wet it's sooo much easier to tell it what to do)

i shower at night and let it dry and when i go to bed it's dry and the part is still there in the morning

i think it's cute to straighten your bangs i like to cut my bangs about eye length so they can kinda hang in my face.

and i think a cute messy twist with a cute clip is a great look

and tieing half your hair (the crown part) into a pony and letting the rest be down is cute : P

do you add anything to your hair when you get out of the shower. you can try one weekend adding some mouse and combing through it and see if it helps the waves a bit

oh : P

and use a hair dryer with a roller brush to add a roll at the bottom or just use a regular brush to help straighten it
