i throw some of my meals to the dog to eat less mouthfuls, i eat yoghurt and am now going to start drinking lots of water and eating more fruit instead of candy. i just need a quiet workout. my mates helping me to make one. so how long does it need to be and what should i do for it? i want a thinner, toned stomach, tighter thighs but NOT muscly and to lose weight

people should usually workout out either 30 minutes to an hour a day.

it just really depends on the person

and don't try to workout like for hours a day because it's not good and it will also make you get less motivated and tired for the next day

high repitition low weight

running, jogging, walking (i like walking round walmart and malls), dancing, swimming, leg lifts, crunches, lifting those small 2lb weights.

yea 30mins to 1hr atleast every other day

giving table food to dogs is not good. please don't give your dog table scraps.

only put the portions you want to eat on your plate.

try to stick to grilled or baked foods. when you go fast foods get a grilled chicken sandwich with apple bites instead of burger and fries (mcdonalds and burgerking both have apples for substution for fries) or salads with grilled chicken.

bring your own water when you go to stores and out to eat i like bringing those lil flavor drink packets you put in your bottled water as well and i use them in my glasses at resturants (just remember if it's a huge glass you may need a lil more than 1 packet)

Being toned and getting a hot body is pretty much saying you're in a committed relationship because once you stop being committed your body reacts and just becomes the way it was - or worse. It can't be just a week thing then you let go of it, you must stay committed to the resistiveness and regimen of working out and eating healthy.

I must say eating healthy is one of the most important things if you want to actually notice a change. There are many sites you can visit to help you. I suggest buying something you can get music onto {ie. an ipod/mp3} so you can listen to music while you work out.

Getting toned is all about high repetition and low weight but not so low so you can't feel it. Just not enough to make you struggle. I'd suggest yoga and a resistance band! They work wonders.

Check this video it is really good , and i hope that you get what you want at the end btw eating less food will make you fatter , cause in orger for you to digest what you ate before you need to eat more that's wat doctors say..but eating healthy food helps :)
