how to lose weight quickly without anyone knowing?

i need really simple little things that i can do without my parents finding out.little tips and tricks. i eat pack ups at school or if not, i eat a yoghurt. i want to lose just ten pounds to get a healthy BMI. any ways of losing weight without worrying anyone? x

eat in smaller portions, instead of taking the elevator, hit the stairs, hula hoop, jog, bike, swim.. I could go on, really. I'm honestly I bit baffled as to why would you'd rather keep it from anybody that you're trying to lose weight... If people ask, just say you're aiming to be healthier and would want to get fit. No big deal.

-Eat healthy food. include more vegetables and fruits in ur daily meal.

-drink plenty of water.

-do exercise. try to do exercises which burn more calorie.

breakfast was always cereal or bagel and cream cheese (oj or milk to drink)

lunch i would try to eat a salad (i used to hate salads) but i can with italian or ceasar dressing. with grilled chicken

dinner would be normal meat and veggie type stuff but make sure to eat the proper portion to fill your tummy (i rough estimate a circle with my hands with my middle fingers touching and my thumbs touching. this makes my hands look like a circle in front of me and i want to eat enough food to fit in that circle on my plate and if i want extra than that it has to be fruits and veggies.

when i eat out i always eat a salad if it's an option

grilled or baked foods are more healthy

at mcdonalds pick a grilled chicken and get apples as your side instead of fries (if you want fries just make a limit of eating half the container not all of them)

drink as much water as you can (i personally hate water) so i bring those flavored drink mixes they sell in the punch section of walmart


i don't really. i never did.

i do like to dance alot and it's a great way to get some exercise dance for 30mins every night i'm talkin bout like twisting and moving your body. it's fun and doesn't feel like exercise

you can walk. i like to walk around stores like walmart and just look at everything. staying on your feet in general really a good way to burn calories.

and i would bring my drink with me during the day when i was just out and about so i could try and stay full i wouldn't want to make a bad choice cause i was hungry.

and i still eat treats and big macs but i dont' do it all the time i designate a time frame that i can have things like that and amounts i feel comfortable with

its because my mates and my parents dont think im fat and they would worry. but it would make me feel happier :)
