Truly safe to bleach hair with 1.5% to 3% Hydrogen Peroxide?

is it truly safe to bleach your hair with Saln Professional Solution (or whatever its called haha) that is 1.5% or/to 3% Hydrogen Peroxide?

because in February I went to a hairdresser, and i asked him to bleach abit of my hair nd put black in the other side, nd he totally fukd up my hair! the bleachd bit of my hair was fallin out, i NVR askd for a high percentage of bleach! so i was wonderin if i did this myself, with only 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, wld my hair b ok?

also if u use a spray bottle...

i really don't suggest it.. ESPECIALLY using a spray bottle. it's pretty safe as long as you really know what you're doing.

umm. bleaching your hair is always a risky thing to do, as you've obviously learned... why don't you try a different hair dresser - someone who has a style much like your own, and talk to them and be VERY specific about your preferences and expectations, making sure they are clear BEFORE starting on your hair. someone who bleaches their own hair will know and understand a lot more on how to properly take care of your hair with MINIMAL damage

don't use a spray bottle. maybe you should go to your hair stylist if you aren't sure about something about hair dying. he or she could totally help you out.

usually they keep on file what they did y don't you ask them?

and also if the bleach gets on your skin it'll do more damage to the chance of your hair falling out. maybe he didn't even really know what he was doing? my lady used a 10% bleach mix on my hair and used foils ofcourse and made sure not to get it on my scalp.

i haven't had any issue with dry or brittle hair.

well thank you for answering this question :)

very tru, i hav learnt my lesson abit haha.

thanks... one more question: if i get my hair done by a hairdresser to bleach it from black, i know it will turn red-ish, but if i use thos shampoo's and contioners that are for blonde/bleached hair, would that help make it tone down more blonder/whiter?

thanks though :)
