i just use shampoo + conditoner that has body in it , and you'll at least have wavy hair .

I don't think that there is a way that you can get your natural curl's back unless maybe if you try to stop dyeing it for awhile or use a dye that last only 6 week's ( non pernement )

& if your desperate a body perm , =p

ohkay i have curly haiiirr and this is wat i doo... 1st: i wet my hair and brush it out with a wide tooth comb 2nd: i take a gel ( i use herbal essences curl scrunching gel) and i scrunch it throughout my whole head. 3rd: i take a blow dryer with a diffuser attached to the end and flip my head over and scrunch my hair and put the blow dryer on it.. 4th: once my botttom layer is dry i flip my head back over and start scrunching and putting the blow dryer on it again till my whole head it dry. 5th: next you can take a curling iron and wrap it around some curls to get some definiton! lol well thats how i do it and it works.. hope i helped :D

air drying also can help (i do like the idea of using the body shampoo and conditioner) and when you blow dry keep your head upside down

if you damaged it so much that it wont hold curl then you must start over. it wont curl very well now. when hair strand goes flat it cant hold curl, have life or hold color. you may need to hold off on teh chemcals and heat-that means curling and flat irons because it will only damage it more. you prob need to cut it off and start treating the rest if your new hair and old hair better and in the meantime use lots of conditioners, moisturizers, and things. after that you are going to need to start using conditioners and strengthening products (redken is good) to keep it strong and able to handle more dye and heat damage

use a voluminizing shampoo/conditioner. if you cut your hair shorter then that's the reason why it's not curly so if that's the case grow it out. if it's already long, there's not much you can do except perm/curl regularly which can be pretty expensive. :)
