Where can I get colored contacts?

I have brownish hair and blue/grey eyes. And I wanna try out some color contacts. Like a pretty blue or green but idk where to get them or what to ask. My cousin said she got hers at target for thirty dollars. But idk what to say when I get there.

I am pretty sure that you will need a perscription from an eye doctor or optomotrist.......

But do I still need a prescription even though I don't wear contacts or glasses?

well, if you do not have vision problems to begin with, you can definitely get non-graded colored contacts at optical shops. I am near-sighted so I get my contacts from the same shop where I have my glasses made. They're graded and come in a sienna brown color. I love them!

oh ya and btw where i go theres like this little sheet that tells you all the contacts that suit you the page is like divided in two one for people who have light eyes already so it shows them other contacts that would suit them like another shade of blue or green like you want . and the other is for people with dark eyes.
