What is the easiest way to make my hair go lighter without dying it?

I have blondy browny kind of hair... its dark blonde in the summer and light brown in the winter cause the sun naturally makes it a bit lighter in the summer but what I want is to be dark blonde all year round. Its a bit of a rubbish photo, but if you can see, I'm on the far left and it kind of gives you an idea of my hair colour in spring. Thanks x Thanks but I've already tried lemon juice and more sun etc... was wondering if there are any good products which will help naturally lighten hair?

Sun in! Its a spray in stuff that you can get at wal-mart. You might also be able to find something at Sally's. My sister used Sun In on her hair, it worked really good. But since your wanting to go darker in the spring?!! Well the only think I can think of that will do that is a dye but there is different kinds of Sun In, you might find one of them that makes the color you are wanting.

-if lying in the sun is a great way to naturally lighten your hair, then going swimming first and allowing your hair to dry in the sun is even better. you can swim in all kinds of water; a pool, a fresh water lake or stream, or the ocean and get the same results. the chlorine in the pool seems to speed up the process even more.

-hydrogen peroxide has been used to lighten hair for decades. it’s not nearly as natural as sun and sea, but it surely beats a bottle of chemicals from the drugstore. some people report success with pure hydrogen peroxide. however, those of us with darker hair can get a better effect by mixing equal amounts of hydrogen peroxide and household ammonia. it is very important to first test out this concoction! use a q-tip and test on a small amount of hair near the back of the neck line. in this way, if something really funky happens, it will be hidden by your other hair. wait twenty-fouur hours and see what’s happened and that everything is okay before you go ahead and use the hydrogen peroxide and ammonia on your hair.

-yes, hair coloring with tea is possible. we are talking about ordinary tea that we drink every day and use in our favorite iced tea recipe. tea, though, is funny - it can lighten hair but it can also darken light colored hair. steep your favorite tea and allow it to sit until cool. Test it out, just like we did with the hydrogen peroxide, and see what happens. unlike the other methods i’ve mentioned above, this method requires patience because the changes will take longer.
